Diverse
redundancy - Car brake; paddle and hand brake (photo taken in Kancil)
Usually
if paddle brake is not function well, a driver can use hand brake to stop the
car. The function of these two are still the same but the element used is
different.
Homogeneous
redundancy- Bicycle’s chain (the photo is taken at collage Cempaka)
If
the bicycle’s chain is disconnect or break, user cannot ride this bicycle
because the chain is connect to each other.
Active
redundancy – Mop (photo is taken at home)
Mop is example of active redundancy because it still can be used if part of it is been separated. It does not give any effect to the function of the mop.
Passive Redundancy - Hand
bag (the photo is taken at home)
This handbag has two holder. If one of it cannot be used, thus it still does not give any impact to the usage of the handbag.
